AWBS Sponsor New Oxford United Signing: Siriki Dembélé

At AWBS, we are thrilled to announce that we’ll be sponsoring Oxford United’s new signing Siriki Dembélé for the 2024/25 Championship season!

As lifelong Oxford supporters, our owners and multiple team members are regular attendees of the local Kassam Stadium. A large group of us even travelled to Wembley back in May for the League One Play-Off Final! As such, we just couldn’t pass up the opportunity to sponsor one of the team’s brand new signings…

Following their promotion to the EFL Championship, Oxford United has signed several new players over the summer. Namely, 27 year-old forward Siriki Dembélé, who made the move from Birmingham City as part of a record-breaking transfer deal for the club.

With previous stints at Grimsby Town, Peterborough and Bournemouth under his belt, plus 6 goals for Birmingham last season, bosses are expecting big things. And so are we!

Dembélé states: “I have played against Oxford a few times and it looks like an exciting time for the team… I want to do something big with the club.” So watch this space…

We’ll be supporting him and the rest of the U’s team from the stands whenever possible. And as sponsors, you might spot our logo in home-game programmes and on the big screen from time to time.
